Expertise that matters

My work is pragmatic and individually tailored. I focus on helping my clients recognize obstacles and life-patterns that interfere with their health, well-being, and success. I guide clients toward aligning their values and behaviors to chart more fulfilling pathways forward. I am broadly trained and use approaches that are called for by each person’s unique history and goals. I work with adults of all ages. I provide individual psychotherapy and comprehensive neuropsychological and psychological assessment.

Examples of clients I see (in no particular order)

  • Adults who are searching for new direction due to disruptions in their careers, relationships, or physical health

  • Adults struggling with questions like “Why am I not performing like I’m capable of performing?” Or, “Why am I not succeeding in the ways I thought I would?” Or, “Why are my relationships not working out for me?”

  • Young adults seeking clarity around their values and goals, and who are struggling with entry into the next phase of their lives

  • Business managers and executives coping with the demands of high intensity careers

  • Adults over the age of 60 who are transitioning into retirement and/or who are experiencing age-related challenges (physical, neurological, psychological).

  • Middle-aged and older adults wondering about or concerned with memory, thinking, planning, or other age-related considerations.

  • Military veterans grappling with deployment or service-related events or injuries

  • Adults of all ages living with autism spectrum/Asperger’s Syndrome
